Cheese Stuffed Olives
There are no amounts for this recipe so use how ever much you need based on how
many people you're serving.
You use about 1 slice of bacon for 3 olives.
Green olives
thin sliced bacon
soft mild cheese
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Remove the pimento from each olive and stuff with the cheese. Wrap each olive in
bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Bake until bacon is crisp.
*I used brie and they were incredibly salty. I think I will use mozzarella or cream cheese
next time.
