Stuffed Cucumber

1 cucumber
1/8 teaspoon salt
½ cup cream cheese
¼ cup chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
pepper
paprika
Worcestershire sauce
French Dressing*

Peel the cucumber, slice lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Sprinkle with salt and chill.
Mix together the cream cheese, green pepper and onion. Season with the paprika,
pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Dry the cucumbers and fill with the cheese mixture.
Drizzle with French dressing and chill until ready to serve.

*French Dressing from this era is more like Italian. Just combine olive oil, vinegar, sugar,
salt, pepper and paprika
